Trekking in Nepal
Nepal is a Himalayan country borderd by Tibet. Eight out of world’s ten highest peaks are located within the boundaries of Nepal including Everest, the world’s highest peaks. Nepal is considered the best Trekking destination of the world. Trekking ranges from short and easy hikes in the greenery of the hills with a background view of the Himalayas to strenuous walk into the laps of the gigantic peaks.Trekking offers the opportunity to see the rural Nepal and its traditions and culture in addition with the natural beauty of the destination. A trekker comes across deep forests, grazing lands, rocky hills, glacial lakes, local villages, national parks, snowy peaks, all within a few days of walk. The villages that dot the landscape retain their pristine cultural traditions still untouched by the relentless pace of urban modernization.
Normally we offer two different standards of trekking and they are:
Tea House Trek popularly known as Lodge Trek
In a fully Organised Tea House Trek we provide private transport depending on the group size, an English-speaking licensed local guide, necessary number of porters as per length of trekking trip, national park/conservation area permits, accommodation in lodges, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Where necessary flights are included aswell.
Fully organised Camping Trek
In a fully organised camping trek we provide private transport depending on the group size, an English speaking licensed local guide, necessary number of porters, camping crew including a cook, kitchen helpers and Sherpa, camping gear, accommodation in tented camps, breakfast, lunch and dinner, national park & conservation area permits, etc. Where necessary flights are included aswell. Generally a camping trek is more expensive than a Tea House trek as this kind of trek requires more staff members.
